Support

Support on Mistral is seperated into CLAAUDIA and Mistral support. In the section below you can read more about who to request support based on the nature of your question.


When to contact CLAAUDIA

CLAAUDIA handles institutional and access-related questions. Reach out to CLAAUDIA if you need help with:

  • Le Chat — access, seat assignment, or login issues
  • AI Studio — workspace creation, workspace members, or budget allocation
  • Quotas — requesting or increasing your token quota

For everything else — technical questions, API errors, or product behaviour — go directly to Mistral support (see below).

When to contact Mistral

For technical questions about the products — API errors, model behaviour, interface bugs, or feature availability — use Mistral's own support channels.

Submit a support ticket

Mistral support is accessed through a chat window built into both Le Chat and AI Studio. When you open it, you will be asked to set the priority of your request and describe your issue. A ticket is then created and the Mistral support team will respond. You can always return to a ticket through the same Help and Resources interface. See more

In Le Chat, click the small icon in the bottom right corner and select Contact us.
